i don't think it's hopeless for him, but it definitely isn't a great sign.
at this point, i think the sixers are just doing everything in their power to have fultz, simmons, and embiid all healthy for the start of the season; they can't start the year with another key piece banged up from a preseason/non-contact injury.

Im curious to see how Simmons and Fultz play together. 7'0 point guard is out the window now, huh

maybe they'll get injured in alternate years so they won't have to worry about that

I am very excited to watch a bunch of Rubio Gobert this season.

I'm coming to terms with Embiid not having an NBA career, but it's even more of an outrage that they dumped Nerlens to make room for him.
Richaun Holmes is a really solid backup who can score and shoot threes, I'm fine with giving him big minutes and trading away Nerlens. Feel bad for how things have shaped up for Nerlens in Dallas though.

i believe this is true. really hope he finds success with the jazz, though it's too bad his time there won't overlap with boris diaw

theres like no way in hell OKC could afford Melo right?
don't know how the hell he would even fit on that roster with George already there for this season.

what do ya think the Rockets will have to give up to move Anderson's contract?
Seeing as the Wolves are hardcapped due to the colossal overruns on the Andrew Wiggins Albatross Estuary project, he'd be a pretty nice addition if the Rockets threw in that Hawks pick (and if the Wolves could quick re-sign Adreian Payne to include to really karmically balance out the whole deal)
