i've really been enjoying her book. i pretty much make saag feta once a week at this point. but also have been doing the quinoa shrimp pulao, her one chicken dish, and the malaysian ramen. its all been great

thought about checking this book out but i'm just not sure

like i *get* the idea of saag feta but i kinda hate feta and am lactose intolerant anyways so i imagine the book is kinda be a buncha hybrid technique shit my body is gonna reject anyways

I'm annoyed that they forced (??) Claire to do something she said was a dumb idea she didn't want to do.
That said if they were gonna do this they should have teamed her up with some engineering channel to create a ridiculous vacuum chamber. Maybe MIchael Reeves
I pay tax to help pay for things like police..fire..parks..but it goes to Ferguson like people and foreigners who are scamming our stupid government that is full of pasta thieves like this guy

it was slightly heartwarming how chris and brad kept talking her up when they sensed how annoyed she was with it. brad being like "this is great, perfect success, you can quit now" after her first try when usually he teases her in the opposite direction

Piave is delicious

It's a hard, dry cheese like parmigiano reggiano, but not quite as sharp? Very nutty. Less expensive, too.
