Who's the Most Famous Person on HPN

Yeah sorry Ersaph but those friends are significantly less famous than Jimmy Cam

fwiw I would categorize myself as "reasonably famous within a small subculture and I guarantee nobody has ever heard of me otherwise."

I don't think I'm in contention to be the most famous person on the board, although my dog does have fan art on Tumblr.

The most actually famous person is almost definitely one of the musicians. The most widely seen person whose name nobody knows is universe.

I got a good lol out of Ersaph's acquaintances list going up against James Cameron and Linda Hamilton.

Actually "tell us how you are reasonably famous within a small subculture" would be a good thread

my coworker has heard of you

it's funny because he was amazed that i know the woman who officiated my wedding because she's a writer that he likes and she's been a good friend since college

and then the other day we were talking about fantasy novels and i was like oh, wait i know someone and mentioned you and he fully gasped and reared back

then i said "she called me bread at my wedding" and understandably he was incredibly confused by that statement so unfortunately he now knows what hipinion is

hey [coworker] stop reading my board dude. close this tab!!!

I know a couple musicians who haven't exposed their true identities on here that are really famous
they'd changed it with a grand piano and turned it into a love song. how they did it, i don't know. DJs had worsened since the rising. elaborating on nothing in praise of the track with words they could hardly pronounce, in telephone voices.

haaaa

It doesn't count if you're a gaming dork though.

Anyway I think that proves my point, if I were actually famous it wouldn't be funny when some random person in real life has heard of me.

i wouldn't be surprised if D'arcy Wretzky boarded here

..High School, where she grew interested in post-punk and played in cover bands. After high school, she moved to France to join a band, but the band had already disbanded upon her arrival, prompting her to return to the United States. She then moved to Chicago and spent the summer living with friends and attending concerts.

Wretzky is a fan of both Star Trek and The X-Files.[6][16] She has stated that space travel and aliens are a recurring influence on her creative ideas, and still a possible influence on acting aspirations and talked about future plans for a solo album.

Wretzky was jailed on February 1, 2011 for missing four court dates related to a ticket she received for failing to control her wild horses, allowing them to free roam the streets at night causing interference to local traffic, farmers, as well as trespassing on public property and stealing vegetables from the local farmer's market storage.
