i voted electric v but mass romantic might have more songs i like. it has more good bejar songs, though 'Testament' is awesome i used to LOVE "laws have changed" but i can't even tell if i like it anymore anyway it's close

The run of songs on EV from All for Swinging You Around through It's Only Divine Right is unfuckwithable

twin cinema should be an option
There’s no path to a satisfying conclusion at this point.

I'd vote Twin Cinema over either if that album stopped after "Sing Me Spanish Techno"

saw these guys live a few years ago and they put on a decent show, twin cinema might be the only one I ever come back to though since it gets me all nostalgic

Used to side with EV but MR has won out with time. Loose Translation is one of my favorite songs but most of the other tracks on Electric strike me as obnoxious these days.

mass romantic has a rough-edged charm that kinda got ironed out in the subsequent albums

For some reason my hard drive isn't allowing me to get at my New Pornographers records. Can someone upload some of these for me? Been thinking about "My Rights Versus Yours" today. Good song.
